Funding Opportunity Description Purpose of Program: The CCAMPIS Program supports the participation of low-income parents in postsecondary education through provision of campusbased child care services. Priorities: This notice contains two absolute priorities. In accordance with 34 CFR 75.105(b)(2)(iv), the absolute priorities are from section 419N(d) of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA), 20 U.S.C. 1070e(d). Absolute Priorities: For FY 2017 and any subsequent year in which we make awards from the list of unfunded applications from this competition, these priorities are absolute priorities. Under 34 CFR 75.105(c)(3), we consider only applications that meet both priorities. These priorities are: Absolute Priority 1: Projects that are designed to leverage significant local or institutional resources, including inkind contributions, to support the activities assisted under section 419N of the HEA. Absolute Priority 2: Projects that are designed to utilize a sliding fee scale for child care services provided under section 419N of the HEA in order to support a high number of low-income parents pursuing postsecondary education at the institution.
