L. 92–463), the Department of State has renewed the Charter for the Advisory Committee for the Study of Eastern Europe and the Independent States of the Former Soviet Union (Advisory Committee) effective April 3, 2017. The Advisory Committee will convene on Monday, June 5, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until approximately 12:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the U.S. Department of State, Harry S Truman Building, 2201 C Street NW., Washington, DC, Room 1408. The Advisory Committee will recommend grant recipients for the 2017 funding opportunity of the Program for the Study of Eastern Europe and the Independent States of the Former Soviet Union, in accordance with the Research and Training for Eastern Europe and the Independent States of the Former Soviet Union Act of 1983, Public Law 98–164, as amended. The agenda will include opening statements by the chairperson and members of the committee. The committee will provide an overview and discussion of grant proposals from ‘‘national organizations with an interest and expertise in conducting research and training concerning the countries of Eastern Europe and the Independent States of the Former Soviet Union,’’ based on the guidelines set forth in the March 8, 2017 request for proposals published on Grants.gov and GrantSolutions.gov. Following committee deliberation, interested members of the public may make oral statements concerning the Title VIII program. Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998 (112 Stat. 2681, 
et seq.; 22 U.S.C. 6501 note, et seq.), Delegation of Authority No. 234 
of October 1, 1999, Delegation of Authority No. 236-3 of August 28, 
2000 (and, as appropriate, Delegation of Authority No. 257-1 of 
December 11, 2015), I hereby determine that certain objects to be 
included in the exhibition ``Paint the Revolution: Mexican Modernism, 
1910-1950,'' re-imported or imported from abroad for temporary 
exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. The 
objects are re-imported or imported pursuant to loan agreements with 
the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition 
or display of the exhibit objects at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, 
in Houston, Texas, from on or about June 21, 2017, until on or about
