The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Center for Minority Veterans (CMV), is seeking nominations of qualified candidates to be considered for appointment as a member of the Advisory Committee on Minority Veterans (‘‘the Committee’’). SUMMARY: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Center for Minority 
Veterans (CMV), is seeking nominations of qualified candidates to be
