The proposed amendment would have revised the Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 (Waterford 3) Technical Specifications (TSs) to relocate the surveillance frequency requirements for selected Engineered Safety Features Actuation System (ESFAS) Subgroup relays to a licensee-controlled program.
