The proposed information collection
was previously published in the Federal

2017, allowing for a 60-day comment
period. This information collection is
being revised due to a burden reduction,
specifically a decrease in both the
number of respondents and the total
burden hours for this collection.

compliance inspection or criminal
investigation.

respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: An estimated 9,916
respondents will respond twice to
provide inventory for this collection,
and it will take each respondent
approximately 1 hour to complete each
inventory.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: The estimated annual public
burden associated with this collection is
19,832 hours, which is equal to (9,916
* 2 (# of responses) * 1 (hour to provide
each inventory).
(7) An explanation of the change in
estimates: The adjustments associated
with this collection are a decrease in the
number of respondents by 550, and a
decrease in the total burden hours by
