Description of Relief Sought: The
petitioner is requesting an exemption
for the purpose of operating its
octocopter, the Stark Hx8 (dry weight of
69 pounds), to provide commercial
agricultural-related services.
the meaning of 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1). The
actions relate to widening
approximately eight miles of Interstate
64 from west of Exit 242 (Marquis
Parkway/State Highway 199) in the east
to west of Exit 234 (State Highway 199)
to the west. Those actions grant
licenses, permits, and approvals for the
project.
By this notice, the FHWA is
advising the public of final agency
actions subject to 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1). A
claim seeking judicial review of the
Federal agency actions on the project
will be barred unless the claim is filed
on or before August 21, 2017. If the
Federal law that authorizes judicial
review of a claim provides a time period
of less than 150 days for filing such a
claim, then that shorter time period still
applies.
