The actions relate to widening approximately eight miles of Interstate 64 from west of Exit 242 (Marquis Parkway/State Highway 199) in the east to west of Exit 234 (State Highway 199) to the west. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project. By this notice, the FHWA is advising the public of final agency actions subject to 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1).
