    Take notice that on February 10, 2017, pursuant to 18 CFR parts 41, 
101 and 141 (2016) of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission 
(Commission) Regulations, 4C Acquisition, LLC filed a request for 
waiver of accounting and financial reporting requirements for the
