In response to that consultation, two Clearing Members inquired about the regulatory process surrounding the proposed changes. In addition, one Clearing Member suggested that certain additional clarifications be made to limit the application of other aspects of the Insolvency definition. In the context of the current version of the proposed amendments, which has been revised from the original consultation, ICE Clear Europe does not believe that such additional clarifications are necessary or appropriate, and has determined not to make any such clarifications. ICE Clear Europe will notify the Commission of any written comments with respect to the proposed rule change received by ICE Clear Europe. III. SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given of the following determinations:

(79 Stat. 985; 22 U.S.C. 2459), E.O. 12047 of March 27, 1978, the 
Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998 (112 Stat. 2681, 
et seq.; 22 U.S.C. 6501 note, et seq.), Delegation of Authority No. 234 
of October 1, 1999, Delegation of Authority No. 236-3 of August 28, 
2000 (and, as appropriate, Delegation of Authority No. 257-1 of 
December 11, 2015), I hereby determine that the object to be included 
in the exhibition ``An American Icon Returns: ``Whistler's Mother'' in
