SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
Department of Education (ED), in
accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA) (44 U.S.C.
3506(c)(2)(A)), provides the general
public and Federal agencies with an
opportunity to comment on proposed,
revised, and continuing collections of
information. This helps the Department
assess the impact of its information
collection requirements and minimize
the public’s reporting burden. It also

under the NRS.

flashboards with inflatable Obermeyer
crest gates. The applicant proposes to
replace four, 31-foot-wide sections of
the existing wooden flashboards at each
of the project’s two development in
phases over the next 3 years. The
proposal would not significantly modify
the permanent reservoir elevations or
project operation but the applicant
would need to temporarily draw down
the affected reservoir for up to 4 months
while installing the Obermeyer gates.

Take notice that on December 9, 2016,
pursuant to Rule 207(a)(2) of the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission’s
(Commission) Rules of Practice and
Procedure, 18 CFR 385.207(a)(2) (2016),
Ad Hoc Renewable Energy Financing
Group (Petitioner) filed a petition for
declaratory order requesting that the
Commission find that non-managing,
equity interests in a public utility or
public utility holding company do not
constitute voting securities for purposes
of section 203 of the Federal Power Act
and the Commission’s regulations at 18
CFR part 33, all as more fully explained
in the petition.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest in this proceeding must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214) on or before 5:00 p.m. Eastern
time on the specified comment date.
