The Title of the Form/Collection: National Drug Threat Survey. 3. The agency form number, if any, and the applicable component of the Department sponsoring the collection: None. 4. Affected public who will be asked or required to respond, as well as a brief abstract: The affected public includes state, local and tribal law enforcement agencies. Combined with other Federal, state, and local information, the survey is used to present an accurate picture of the national drug threat. 5. An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: It is estimated that approximately 12,782 respondents will complete the survey within approximately 33 minutes. 6. An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with the collection: The estimated public burden associated with this collection is 4,218. This figure was derived by multiplying the number of respondents (12,782) × frequency of response (1) × hours (0.33). The estimate time for response is a E:\FR\FM\30AUN1.SGM 30AUN1
