The notification was processed in accordance with the regulations of the FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400), including notice in the Federal Register inviting public comment (81 FR 26200, May 2, 2016). The FTZ Board has determined that no further review of the activity is warranted at this time. The production activity described in the notification is authorized, subject to the FTZ Act and the Board’s regulations, including Section 400.14. The proposed subzone (49.665 acres) is located at 549 Wingo Road in Byhalia, Mississippi. The proposed subzone would be subject to the existing activation limit of FTZ 262. No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time. In accordance with the Board’s regulations, Camille Evans of the FTZ Staff is designated examiner to review the application and make recommendations to the Executive Secretary. Public comment is invited from interested parties. Submissions shall be addressed to the Board’s Executive Secretary at the address below. The closing period for their receipt is October 3, 2016.     An application has been submitted to the Foreign-Trade Zones (FTZ)
