Abstract: The Department of Education is requesting a reinstatement with change of the application for grants under the Upward Bound (UB) Program. The Department is requesting a reinstatement with change because the previous UB application was discontinued in September 2014 and the application will be needed for a Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 competition for new awards.
