An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: Annually, the FBI receives 80,000 credit card payment forms, therefore there are 80,000 respondents. The form requires 2 minutes to complete. 6. An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with the collection: There are an estimated 2,667 total annual burden hours associated with this collection.
