Both the notice of a modified system of records notice and notice of proposed rulemaking for this system of records originally provided that comments must be received by June 6, 2016. The Department has received requests to extend these comment periods. The Department believes that extending the comment periods would be appropriate in order to provide the public additional time to consider and comment on the proposals addressed in these notices. Therefore, the Department is extending both public comment periods for 30 days, until July 6, 2016. The Department of Labor, published a document in the Federal Register of January 12, 2016, concerning a request for comments for information collection for the evaluation of the Disability Employment Initiative round 5 and future rounds. The document contained a comment period of 30 days instead of the required 60 days. This correction notice reopens the comment period for an additional 30 days.     On May 27, 2016, the Department of Justice (``DOJ'') lodged a 
proposed Consent Decree with the United States District Court for the
