    Take notice that on April 25, 2016, pursuant to Rule 207 of the 
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice 
and Procedure,\1\ SunE B9 Holdings, LLC (SunE), filed a petition for a 
declaratory order requesting that the Commission provide a limited
