Grant PUD states that the parcel is needed to access project lands along the shoreline for the project purposes of monitoring and removing unauthorized uses and encroachments, monitoring for compliance with nonproject use conditions, implementing shoreline restoration projects, and vegetation management (including noxious weed control). Grant PUD also states that this parcel is used for public and community access to the shoreline. All previous intervenors in this proceeding remain a party to the proceeding and do not need to file another motion to intervene, but may file additional comments. l.
