displays a valid Office of Management
and Budget (OMB) control number. The
Board has reviewed this rating system
proposal and determined that it
contains no collections of information.
As the Board considers the public
comments received and finalizes the
proposal, the Board will reevaluate this

32.4 and 52.232–12). The information is
used to determine if advance payments
should be provided to the contractor.
