Individuals wishing to make an oral statement should request in writing at least 7 days in advance of the meeting date to be scheduled on the agenda. SUMMARY: The El Dorado County Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will 
meet in Placerville, California. The committee is authorized under the 
Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (the Act) and
