Abstract: The Department of Education is requesting a reinstatement with change of the application for grants under the Talent Search (TS) Program. The Department is requesting a reinstatement with change because the previous TS application expired in October 2013 and the application will be needed for a Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 competition for new awards.
