AGENCY: Under 122(h) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation andLiability Act (CERCLA), the United States Environmental Protection Agency has entered into asettlement with the Blue Ridge Plating Company, Inc. and Carolyn Benfield concerning the Blue RidgePlating Company Superfund Site located in Arden, Buncombe County North Carolina. DATES: EPA’s approval is effective November 2, 2015 for the State of Georgia’s National Primary Drinking Water Regulations Implementation program, if no timely request for a public hearing is received and accepted by the Agency, and on October 2, 2015 for the State of Georgia’s other authorized programs. CROMERR establishes electronic reporting as an acceptable regulatory alternative to paper reporting and establishes requirements to assure that electronic documents are as legally dependable as their paper counterparts.
