Notice of Public Meeting

    The Department of State will conduct an open meeting at 9 a.m. on 
Wednesday, September 2, 2015, in Conference Room 8-9-10 of the 
Department of Transportation (DOT) Headquarters Conference Center, West 
Building, 1200 New Jersey Avenue SE., Washington, DC 20590. The primary 
purpose of the meeting is to prepare for the second Session of the
