The Commission determined that it will proceed to full reviews of the orders on SSWR from Italy, Korea, and Spain. The Commission also found that the respondent interested party group responses with respect to the orders on SSWR from Japan and Taiwan were inadequate. The Commission further determined that it will proceed to full reviews of the orders on SSWR from Japan and Taiwan to promote administrative efficiency in light of its decision to proceed to full reviews with respect to the orders on SSWR from Italy, Korea, and Spain.
