AGENCY: On April 8, 2015, the Department of Commerce (‘‘the Department’’) published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty on frontseating service valves from the People’s Republic of China (‘‘PRC’’).1 The period of review is April 1, 2013, through April 28, 2014. The review covers one exporter of the subject merchandise, Zhejiang Sanhua Co., Ltd. (‘‘Sanhua’’). We find that Sanhua made no sales in the United States at prices below normal value. None of the interested parties submitted case or rebuttal briefs. Therefore, we made no changes to our margin calculations for Sanhua. The final weighted-average dumping margin for this review is listed below in the section entitled ‘‘Final Results of the Review.’’ DATES: Effective date: July 24, 2015.
