ACTION: Notice to amend a System of Records.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Army proposes to amend a system of 
records notice, A0215-1 CFSC, entitled ``Non-appropriated Fund Employee 
Insurance and Retirement Files,'' in its inventory of record systems 
subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. This system 
substantiates initial enrollment and subsequent change in the NAF Group 
Insurance and Retirement Plan, and it is used to verify monthly 
deductions and to compute annuities, refunds, and death benefit.

DATES: Comments will be accepted on or before July 22, 2015. This 
proposed action will be effective on the day following the end of the 
comment period unless comments are received which result in a contrary 
determination.
