Terry Lock and Dam #6 on the Arkansas River near the town of Little Rock in Pulaski County, Arkansas. The sole purpose of a preliminary permit, if issued, is to grant the permit holder priority to file a license application during the permit term. A preliminary permit does not authorize the permit holder to perform any land-disturbing activities or otherwise enter upon lands or waters owned by others without the owners’ express permission. The proposed project would consist of the following: (1) A 600-foot-long, 500foot-wide intake channel; (2) a 200-footlong, 210-foot-wide powerhouse containing four generating units with a E:\FR\FM\27MYN1.SGM 27MYN1
