Pursuant to Section 309(e) of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. 1319(e), the State of Idaho is named as a co-plaintiff. The publication of this notice opens a period for public comment on the Consent Decree. Requesting and/or receiving a time extension will not provide additional funding. 5.     On May 7, 2015, the Department of Justice lodged a proposed Consent 
Decree with the United States District Court for the District of Idaho 
in the lawsuit entitled United States and State of Idaho v. City of 
Jerome, Idaho, Civil Action No. 15-155.
