ACTION: Notice. AGENCY: As a result of increased authority granted to HUD in the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2015 (Pub. L. 113– 235, approved December 16, 2014) (FY 2015 Appropriations Act) to convert public housing and moderate rehabilitation (Mod Rehab) program assistance under the first component of RAD for a total of 185,000 units, HUD will review all applications on the waitlist and begin issuing CHAPs in accordance with this notice to maximize the effectiveness of the proposed conversion of assistance. HUD welcomes comment on the update of the review process provided in this notice. DATES: Comment Due Date: March 2, 2015. Background and Explanation The Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2012 (Pub.
