Notice of the scheduling of the Commission’s review and of a public hearing to be held in connection therewith was given by posting copies of the notice in the Office of the Secretary, U.S. International Trade Commission, Washington, DC, and by publishing the notice in the Federal Register on June 27, 2014 (79 FR 36557). The hearing was held in Washington, DC, on October 30, 2014, and all persons who requested the opportunity were permitted to appear in person or by counsel. The Commission completed and filed its determinations in these reviews on January 16, 2015. Abstract: The records are of imported items that are on the United States Munitions Import List. The importers must register with ATF and must file an intent to import specific items as well as certify to the Bureau that the items were in fact received. The records are maintained at the registrant’s business premises where they are available for inspection by ATF officers during compliance inspections or criminal investigations. 5. An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: An estimated 50 respondents will take 5 hours to maintain the records. 6.
