SUMMARY: The Defense Finance and Accounting Service proposes to amend a 
system of records, T1025, entitled ``Mentoring Program'' in its 
inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as 
amended. This system provides DFAS civilian employees with an automated
