SUMMARY: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will issue an appealable 
decision approving the conveyance of the surface and subsurface estates 
in the lands described below to NANA Regional Corporation, Inc., 
pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
