    Take notice that on October 23, 2014, pursuant to Rule 206 of the 
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice 
and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.206 and sections 206 and 306 of the Federal 
Power Act, Lower Village Hydroelectric Associates (LVA or Complainant) 
filed a formal complaint against the Public Service Company of New 
Hampshire (PSNH or Respondent), requesting that the Commission order 
PSNH to close LVA's air break switch and cease unnecessary 
interconnection modifications, as more fully explained in the 
Complaint.
    The Complainant certifies that copies of the complaint were served
