Abstract: The form is required to be submitted by State and local government entities wishing to register an abandoned or seized and previously unregistered National Firearms Act weapon. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: An estimated 2,133 respondents will take 30 minutes to complete and mail the form.
