Title: Survey of U.S. Ownership of
Foreign Securities.
Form: Form SHC, Form SHCA.
Abstract: The survey will collect
information on U.S. holdings of foreign
securities. The information will be used
in the computation of the U.S. balance
of payments accounts and international
investments position, as well as in the
formulation of U.S. financial and
monetary policies. This survey is also
part of an international effort
coordinated by the IMF to improve
worldwide balance of payments
statistics. Respondents are primarily the
largest custodians of securities, banks,
securities dealers, and investors.
Affected Public: Businesses or other
for-profits.
Estimated Annual Burden Hours:

Pursuant to 5 U.S.C.
4314(c)(4), this notice announces the
appointment of members of the
Departmental Offices Performance
Review Board (PRB). The purpose of
this Board is to review and make
recommendations concerning proposed
performance appraisals, ratings, bonuses
and other appropriate personnel actions
for incumbents of SES positions in the
Departmental Offices, excluding the
Legal Division. The Board will perform
PRB functions for other bureau
positions if requested.
Composition of Departmental Offices
PRB: The Board shall consist of at least
three members. In the case of an
