SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 1, 2014, the Department published the notice of initiation of the second sunset review of the AD order on saccharin from the PRC,1 pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (‘‘the Act’’).2 The Department received a notice of intent to participate from Kinetic Industries, Inc.
