Each issue listed will be fully described in documents distributed, or to be distributed, by the Secretariat prior to the Committee meeting. SUMMARY: The Forest Service published a notice of availability in the 
Federal Register on July 3, 2014 initiating a 45-day comment period on 
the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Toto National Forest 
Motorized Travel Management plan. The closing date for that 45-day 
comment period is August 18, 2014. The Agency is extending the comment 
period; therefore, the comment period has been extended to September 
17, 2014.
