OCTAE staff will determine each State’s compliance with basic provisions of Perkins IV and the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (34 CFR Park 80.40 [Annual Performance Report] and Part 80.41 [Financial Status Report]). OCTAE staff will review performance data to determine whether, and to what extent, each State has met its State adjusted levels of performance for the core indicators described in section 113(b)(4) of Perkins IV.
