Records of requests that are granted
are destroyed two years after the date of
reply. Records of requests that are
denied in whole or part, no records
responses, responses to requesters who
do not adequately describe records
being sought, or do not state a
willingness to pay fees, and records
which are appealed or litigated are
destroyed six years after final action.
