The complaint names as respondents Beijing Nutrichem Science and Technology Stock Co., Ltd. of Beijing; Summit Agro USA, LLC of Cary, NC; Summit Agro North America Holding Corporation of New York, NY; and Jiangxi Heyi Chemicals Co. Ltd. of China. The complainant requests that the Commission issue a temporary exclusion order and a temporary cease and desist order, a permanent exclusion order and a permanent cease and desist order. Proposed respondents, other interested parties, and members of the public are invited to file comments, not to exceed five (5) pages in length, inclusive of attachments, on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or section 210.8(b) filing.
