AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission has before it a petition for rulemaking filed 
by Community Television of North Carolina, LLC, the licensee of 
WGHP(TV), channel 8, High Point, North Carolina, requesting the 
substitution of channel 35 for channel 8 at High Point.

DATES: This rule is effective December 30, 2009.
