Notice of Lincoln County Resource advisory Committee Meeting SUMMARY: The California Coast Provincial Advisory Committee (CCPAC) will meet on March 2–3, 2005, in Ukiah, California. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss issues relating to implementing the Northwest Forest Plan (NWFP). DATES: The meeting will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day. meeting on March 24, 2005. The purpose of the meeting is for the 
Antitrust Modernization Commission to consider additional issues 
proposed for further Commission study, pursuant to its statutory 
mandate.
